We have broad grassroots support from everyone involved in the delivery of emergency medical services across Canada, and from Canadians whose lives have been touched by the efforts of paramedics. The role of paramedics

Paramedics add an essential layer to the Canadian healthcare system — not only through emergency prehospital care, but also through community paramedicine, palliative care, pandemic response, vaccination campaigns, and specialized military roles such as SARtechs. Their reach extends across urban, rural, remote, and Indigenous communities. The National Paramedic Monument will honour that contribution — from coast to coast to coast.
